Hi! We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. So please read the return policy:
(1). All dresses made by hand work, although we can be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided,because each dress is handmade.
(2). For accessories, we do not accept return. Please note accessories are final sale.
(3). We will accept returns if dresses have quality problems,we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, or you do not love it after you received it and some other reasons for it .We refuse return the items without any quality problems.
(4). Generally speaking, custom sizes/plus size and custom colors cannot be returned. Because everyone's size and requirements are different, but if there are obvious quality problems or size mistake and obvious color error in the dress, please send me an email in time and show a picture to prove it.
(5). If you find the dress is in wrong color or obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt,broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. We can solve this thing together .
(6). Since computer screens have chromatic aberration ,especially between CRT screen and LCD screen,we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you see. And the same color but different fabric must has chromatic aberration, so if you asked us to return money back just because a little chromatic aberration,we will not accept.
Please carefully follow our guide:
1. Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within SEVEN days upon receiving your item(s).After 7 Days,we cannot offer return service .
2. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear,or odors. We only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
3. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility. It is buyer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping fee of sending back and exchange.
4. Just quality problems or size mistake, we accept returning.
5.The shipping method that we used for u then when u ship it back you must use the same one.if we ship the dress to you by DHL/Fedex then you need to use this one too. If the parcel was hold by the Customs, the Customs Clearance fee need to be paid by customer,Or we can’t get the item.
6.All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service.
7.We can only refund when we got item.If we cannot got that,we refuse to refund.We can only refund you the item price itself.The shipping
cost you spent cannot be refund, as this part had been paid to shipping company.
We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Due to COVID19, most shipping carriers may delay. This delay is out of our control. We are not responsible for this delay. We suggest you buy much earlier before your event date.
